Privacy policy
MINISTERE INTERNATIONAL JESUS NOUS A RENDU LIBRE takes the privacy of those who visit this site seriously. This page explains plainly what data is collected, what it is used for and what rights each person has over it.
Who is responsible for your data
MINISTERE INTERNATIONAL JESUS NOUS A RENDU LIBRE (MIJNRL)
- Association governed by the French law of 1 July 1901
- RNA W332031957 — SIRET 913 633 616 00010
- 38 avenue de la Gardette, 33310 Lormont, Francia
- contacto@elprofetafrances.com
The association has not appointed a data protection officer: it is not required to do so. For any question regarding personal data, the email address above is the channel to use.
What data is collected
Visit form, on the Visit us page. First name and email address are required; surname and telephone are optional.
Contact form, on the Contact page. Name, email address and the message you wish to write are requested.
In both cases a consent box must be expressly ticked before the form can be sent. No other data is collected.
Messages are not stored on the website: they are sent directly by email to the association’s inbox.
Protection against automated sending. To curb spam, the site keeps an encrypted fingerprint of the address of whoever has just submitted a form for sixty seconds, preventing an immediate repeat submission. The address itself is not retained, and that fingerprint deletes itself after that minute.
Server logs. The host automatically keeps technical access logs, which include the IP address. They serve only for the operation and security of the site.
The site does not create user accounts, does not sell products and does not profile its visitors. No newsletters or commercial communications are sent either.
What they are used for
Solely to respond to what the person has written: to answer a question, to prepare a visit, or to get in touch if they have asked us to.
The data is neither shared nor sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
On what legal basis
Submitting a form is voluntary and requires expressly ticking the consent box. The legal basis is therefore consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). That consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to the contact address.
How long it is kept
Messages received through the site are kept between one and three years from the last contact, depending on the type of enquiry, and are then deleted.
The server’s technical logs are kept for the period applied by the host under its own terms.
Who else has access
Only those members of the association responsible for answering messages.
In addition, for purely technical reasons, BlumHost (Miguel Taboada Iglesias, Spain) is involved, hosting the site and the email. Its servers are in Madrid, within the European Union, so the data does not leave the European Economic Area.
Automated decisions
The site makes no automated decisions and builds no profiles from the data it collects.
Embedded third-party services
Some pages embed content served by other companies. When it loads, those companies receive the visitor’s IP address and may set their own cookies:
- Google Maps, on the Visit us, to show the location of the church.
- YouTube (Google), on the Live page, for the ministry’s broadcasts.
Neither loads on its own: both remain blocked until the visitor expressly authorises them. These services are governed by Google’s privacy policies, which are outside this association’s control.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. The only cookies that may be set come from the third-party services mentioned above, and from the technical cookies needed for the site to work, including the one that remembers your choice about the cookie notice.
You can change that choice at any time from the Cookie preferenceslink at the bottom of any page. Your browser settings also allow you to block or delete cookies.
Details of each individual cookie are given in the cookie policy, also linked at the bottom of the page.
Security
The site runs entirely over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and applies technical measures to protect the information transmitted. No system is infallible, but reasonable means are used to prevent unauthorised access.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation and the French Data Protection Act, everyone has the right to:
- access the data concerning them;
- rectify it if it is inaccurate;
- request its erasure;
- object to its processing or restrict it;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- receive their data in a reusable format.
To exercise any of these rights, simply write to contacto@elprofetafrances.com. A reply will be given within one month at the latest.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr — 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 París Cedex 07).
Minors
This site is aimed at the general public. Data concerning children under 15 is not deliberately collected without the consent of the holder of parental responsibility.
